20 things of human brain you don't know

The brain is the major organ of the central nervous system and the control center for all the body's voluntary and involuntary activities. it also responsible for the complexities of thought, memory, emotion, and language. in adults, this complex organ is mere 1.4 kg (3 lb) in weight, containing over 10 thousand million never cells. three distinct regions can easily be seen- the brainstem,

The brainstem controls vital body functions, such as breathing and digestion. the cerebellum's main functions are the maintenance of posture and the coordination of body movements. The cerebrum, which consists of the right and left cerebral hemispheres joined by the corpus callosum, is the site of most conscious and intelligent activities.

let's test your brain knowledge! How many of these 24 brain facts did you know?

1. The human brain consumes the largest portion of the total energy that is generated in the human body. to be precise, the brain consumes 20% of that energy despite the fact that it only represents only 2% of the total body weight. the energy is vital for maintaining healthy brain cells and fueling never impulses.
2. A living brain is so soft you could cut it with a butter knife.
3. memories triggered by scent have a stronger emotional connection.
4. Alcohol interferes with brain processes by weakening connections between neurons.
5. when we are awake the brain generates enough energy to power a light bulb.
6. Thought studies have shown that the male brain is on average up to 10% larger than a female's brain. it has been proven that female's brain have more nerve cells and connectors which enables it to work more efficiently.
7. when our eyes receive images. they are upside-down our brain automatically adjusts them so that we see images right side-up.
8. we can use only 10% of brain.
9. The brain makes up about 2% of a human's body weight.
10. The brain weight about 3 pounds.
11. The brain is fastest organ in the body.
12. At age 18, your brain typically stops growing
13. Music improves brain organization
14. Every time you recall a memory or have a new new thought. you create connection in the brain.
15. The brain cannot pain it self a headache involves nerves and muscles in your head. its is the single organ in the human body lacks nerves. this is why surgeons can perform brain surgery on a patient while they are still awake.
16. Stress alters brain cells, and function
17. There are 100,000 miles of blood vessels in your brain. the distance around the world at the equator is 24,900 miles. that's enough to wrap around the earth four times.
18. Dreaming requires more brain activity than any other activity we do when were awake.
19. when you learn something new the structure of your brain changes.
20. our brain have a negativity bias and will remember negative memories more than good ones.

This is doing only in Northway northern lights

The aurora borealis otherwise known as the northern lights is a vivid demonstration of the Earth's magenetic field interacting with charged particles from sun. it's beautiful, and worth braving a could night out when visiting the high northern latitudes.

The air is made up largely of nitrogen and oxygen atoms, with oxygen becoming a bigger component at the altitudes auroras happen- stating about 60 miles up and going all the way up to 600 miles. when the charged particles him them, they gain energy. Eventually they relax, and giving up the energy and releasing photons of specific wave lenghts. Oxygen atoms emit green and sometimes red light, while nitrogen is more orange or red.

NASA finds how a look northern lights on space, the picture says everythings. Satellites can take pictures of the aurora from Earth's orbit and the images they get are pretty striking. in fact, auroras are bright enough that they show up strongly on the night side of the Earth even if one were looking at them from another planet.

The northern lights, as the name suggests, are especially related to the polar regions. The notrhern lights can be seen from regions both north and south of the auroral zone around the southern magnetic pole, but southern lights are not see as well like north lights, so i will suggused you  to see this lights in Northway. you can see this lights in winter time.

The northeran lights are visible under dark skies between the months of September to April, preferably under a clear, cloudless sky. Usually seen between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m. it is important to be away from artificial light. No month guarantees better sighings than another but December to February offer the longest hours of darkness, while the months of autumn and spring are likely to offer more stable weather conditions and often see more aurora activity.

so, that was the northern lights, i hope you are understand what is northern lights now we see the country to see northern lights.

what is iota.?

IOTA is an open-source distributed ledger focused on providing secure communications and payments between machines on the internet of things. Using directly acyclic graph (DAG) technology instead of the traditional blockchain.

IOTA was founded in 2015 by Sergey lvancheglo, Dominik Schiener, and Dr. Serguei popov.

Probably used to hearing about bitcoin's scalability problems and long confirmation times due to a growing user base. The opposite will be true in IOTA. in fact, confirmation times will take  the network is very small, while they approach zero as the user base grows in size. along these same lines, as the number of transactions in IOTA increases, the capacity of the Tangle to handle even more transactions in increased.

The IOTA market is expected to be worth $470 billion in 2020. Through Foundation, the German nonprofit behind the cryptocurrency, IOTA is an early mover in this space. it has already partnered with companies which will play a leading role in IOT. such as cisco systems inc (CSO) and Samsung Electronics Ltd. (SSNLF), to create a data marketplace that can be monetized later.

IOTA is the missing puzzel piece for the Machine Economy to fully emerge and reach its desired potential. they envision IOTA to be the public. permissionless backbone for the internet of things that enables true interoperabillty between all devices.

The major defference that is worth mentioning (DAG vs. Blockchain) is how IOTA achieves consensus and how transactions are made. As mentioned previously. there are no miners. what this means is that each participant in the network that wants to make a transaction has to actively participate in the consensus of the network by approving 2 past transactions this attestation on the validity of two past transactions enables variety of unique features that are only seen in IOTA.

The Trevita features a unique double carbon rear wing, inconell exhaust system, carbon ceramic brakes with ABS, airbags, paddle-shift, chrono instrument cluster, infotainment system and a hydraulic lifting system.

For the Trevita, the Swedish manufacturer developed a new exterior finish called the koenigsegg Proprietary Diamond weave, which involves coating carbon fibers with a diamond dust-impregnated resin.

Underneath the lustrous finish lies a 4.8-liter, dual-supercharged V8 with a total output of 1,004 horsepower and 797 pound-feet of torque, weight 178 kg, top speed 410+ km/h (254+mph) which means it should have little to no trouble overtaking semis on the freeway. The car's specifications in both performance and price are nearly comical at this point, and just three were ever made.

2. Lamborghini Veneno  $4.5 million

The car is absolutely stunning from every angle, and to this day, we're not convinced it isn't an spacecraft surveying our planet for eventual takeover. it just doesn't seem real. The only thing more remarkable than the look is the price a whopping $4.5 million, clearly putting it on our list of the most expensive cars.

Poison. That's the name lamborghini chose for the modified Aventador roadster you see above translated from Spanish of course built to celebrate the automaker's 50th birthday. we can't speak for the company's motivations, but the name is fitting a vehicle that looks so positively deadly, so undeniably venomous.
The Veneno is fast, and that should come as no surprise. its 6.5-liter V12 spins all the way up to 8,400 rpm to deliver 740 hp and 507 lb-ft, surging the car to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds.

Lambo says a carbon-fiber ring around each alloy works like a tirbine to funnel cooling air to the carbon-fiber brake discs. in each of the veneno's Forza Horizon game appearance, the car can be used to reach extreme speeds of over 1014 mph (1632 km/h) via a rare speed glitch.

3. Lykan Hypersport  $3.4 million

You may recall the Lykan Hypersport from its starring role in the blockbuster Furious 7, in which the Lebanese supercar crashed through not one but three skyscrapers in Dubai.

Let's start with styling, which includes jewel-encrusted headlights, scissor doors, and an interior ripped straight from science diction.it looks like a pissed off armored car from the future, and its performance is right on par with its image. The Hyperspot boasts a 3.7-liter, twin-turbo flat-six that yields 770 hp and 708 lb-ft.

It's not just dominic Toretto who benefits from this level of performance, though: The Abu Dubai police force has drafted the Hypersport into patrol duty. Although its mainly used for marketing and public relations purposes, the high-flying stunner assures that authorities can keep up with any baddie who tries to get cute on the freeway. pedal to the floor, 0 to 62 mph is accomplished in just 2.8 seconds, and top speed is a downright scary 240 mph.

4. Limited Edition Bugatti Veyron by Mansory Vivere   $3.4 million

This list wouldn't be complete without some version of the mighty Bugatti Veyron. We're shining our spotlight on the Mansory Vivere edition here, because not only is it one of the fastest cars in the world, its one of the most expensive.

The 1,200-hp Veyron starts out as a Grand sport Vitesse Roadster, only to be adorned with a goreous carbon-fiber body, a new spoiler package, upgraded LED lights, a revamped cabin, and a redesigned front grill. Further classifying the Veyron as a work of art, maps of historic race events like the exterior and interior. Oh, and also it can do 254 mph.

The interior is of course entirely re-upholstered and decked out in carbon fiber glory. if an 8.0-liter W16 engine producing 1,200 horsepower and 1,106 pound-feet of torque isn't enough for anyone in this world, i don't know what is. i will have to admit, surprisingly, that having all of that glorious engine in a package perfectly suited to my every stylish need is, indeed, pretty darn cool.

5. Ferrari Pininfarina Sergio   $3 million

With an asking price of $3 million, the Ferrari Sergio isn't the most expensive car on our list. it is, however, one of the most highly-coveted vehicles in the world, as only six were every made. With so few examples built, the sergio's purchase process wasn't as simple as strolling up to a Ferrari dealership. making it one of the rare invite-only vehicles in automotive history.

Crafted by legendary ltalian design house Pininfarina, the sergio is essentaially a Ferrari 458 spider with a completely new body doesn't just save weight its chock-full of interesting details like aerodynamic headrests that are built directly into the roll cage. its a great looking thing, with low, sweeping lines and a Totally different aesthetic to anything that Ferrari makes today i quite like it.

with soo few examples built, the Sergio's purchase proccess wasn't as simple as strolling up to a Ferrari dealership. No, each Owner was chosen by automaker itself, making it one of the rare invite-only vehicles in automotive history.

6. Pagani Huayra BC   $2.6 million

The Huayra a twin-turbo. V12 engine by Mercedes- AMG specially for the Huayra. The Huayra's 6.0 litter engine, the M158, produces 730 PS (720 hp, 539 KW) and 738 lb-ft of torque.its top speed is about 238 mph and its has 0-60 acceleration time of 2.8 seconds. The car is equipped with Brembo brake calipers, rotors and pads. the callipers have four pistons in the rare. Pagami Huayra has a power to weight ratio of 1.85 kg (4.08 LB) horsepower.

Right off the bat, you can tell the Bc IS Playing a different game from the standard Huayra. its fitted with an enormous active rear spoiler that generates 1,102 pounds of downforce at 155 mph, as well as a winder rear track, new side skirts, and a bevy of sexy aero goodies.its named after after the lncan god of winds, after all. That wasn't quite enogh for pAgani however. At  the 2016 Geneva Motor BC, a lighter, hotter version that takes no prisoners.

Despite the scales at a paltry 2,654 pounds thanks to the extensive use of carbon fiber and other lightweight materials. The whole deal will cost you a cool $2.6 million, but you clearly get a lot for your money. with 789 turbocharged ponies on tap, the BC may actually live up its godly name.

7. Ferrari F60 America   $2.5 million

To celebrate Ferrari 60 years tenure in North America, the litaian brand built 10 examples of this stunning bombshell. Based on the F12 Berlinetta, the F60 is undeniably patrotic as it wears a stars and stripes color scheme. as the F60 features a lightweight fabric top that can be operated at speeds up to 75 mph.

inside F60 America the driver side is finished in red and the passenger side in black- a reputed nod to the historic Ferrari competition cars. the seats also feature stylised American slags, while design cues from the LaFerrari and 458 speciale -such as the blade -like gear selections panel-have been adopted. A light fabric top is supplied, which closes the cabin.

power comes from the same 6.3-litre V12 used in the F12, which produces 731bhp, and power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven- speed dual-clutch transmission. A 0-100 kph time of just 3.1 seconds in claimed the same as the F12 Berlinetta.

8. Bugatti Chiron    $2.5 million

With a starting price of $2.5 Million and a gorgeous new body, the divine Chiron outdoes its predecessor in every conceivable way. While the Bugatti veyron redefined what an automobile could do, the Chiron laughs at those who said the Veyron was the last of its kind, pushing the boundaries of performance even further into the stratosphere.

The car itself is ptistine. without having been driven sinnce its 402.25 testing kilometres were clocked up on the odometer. its 8.0- litre quad- turbo W16 engine is likely still yet to be broken in to reach its 1103kW potential

As the very fast Bugatti Chrion offered at a public auction to be sold at a public auction it has set quite a precedent in terms of Chiron prices, one we made mortals will struggled to comprehend for some time. Just six example of the speeady Swede were nuilt, and each one was sold quite quickly. keep an eye out on Craigslist you never know.

9. Koenigsegg Regera   $2 million

The car power by a twin-turbo 5.0 liter V8 and a 4.5-kWh pack, the $2 million Regera produses an outstanding 1,500 hp in total, a stat made all the more impressivce when you consider the car low weight you can by this car because its weight just 3,240 lbs. 0 to 2.8 seconds in impressive to be sure, but the Regera's 0 to 186 mph sprint even more mide-blowing the fect is accomplished in only 10.9 seconds. By Kownigsegg internal estimates, the car will be able to reach its top spped of 248 mph in just 20 seconds or so, which is a triumph over Physics as much as it is a bragging right.

Well remind you that the Swedes attempted to grab this trophy in 2016. Alas, an ABS sensor failure caused a spectacular one:1 crash. and while the company promised it would make efforts to return this year, such an adventure never took place.

instead, koenigsegg focused on straight -line feats, managing to grab Bugatti's 0 to 400 km/h world record. soo here's hoping we see the Regera challenging the VW Group once again, namely attemting to steel the 6:47.3 thunder of the 700 hp Porsche 911 GT2.

10.  koenigsegg one:1   $2 million

World's First mega car

You can buy a lot with $2 million a really nice house, about 80 Mazda  MXX's, or the Swedish "megacar'' shown above. a logical thinker could probably think of a better way to spend your life savings, but magacars don't give a damn about logic. Because they're mega. And after reading what the car is capable of $2 million might actually be a steal.

According to Koenigsegg, the one:1 we saw lapping the Nurburgring in 2016 was running at only 900 horsepower, 460 horsepower short of its maximum power rating. He also stated that all laps done in the one:1 were "leisurely" and not intended to set any records. And that was a leisurely run. Everyone who drove the car said,

'' if we really push and hang our balls out, this is a 6:40 car. Then we head the stupid ABS failure, and we never got to prove it."

The one:1 is capable of 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in 2.7 seconds. 0-124 mph in 6.6 seconds. 0-186 mph in 11.92 seconds, and 0-200 mph in 14.3 seconds. The one:1 is also capable of a top speed of 273 mph, which would make the One:1 the fastest limited production car in the world.

Why Himalayas are hit by bigger earthquakes found

GENEVA :    Earthquakes hitting densely populated mountainous regions, such as the Himalaya, are bigger in magnitude because of a fast tectonic-plate collision, according to a study. The study shows that the frequency and magnitude of large earthquakes in the densely populated regions close to mountain chains-such as the Alps, Apennines, Himalaya and Zagros depend on the collision rate of the smaller tectonic plates.

The finding by researchers from ETH Zurich in Switzerland Provides a more complete view of the risk of earthquakes in mountainous regions.

In 2015, a magnitude 7.8 earhquake struck Gorkha-Nepal, and a year later, Norcia, Italy suffered a magnitude 6.2 earthquake. Previous research has attempted to explain the physical causes of earthquake like these, but with ambiguous results.

For the first time, researchers show that the rate at which tectonic plates collide controls the magnitude of earthquake in mountainous regions. This because the faster they collide, the cooler the temperatures and the larger the relative number of large earhquakes, they said

"The impact of large earthquakes in mountain belts is devastating". said Luca Dal Zilio from ETH Zurich. and she also said "Under standing the physical parameters behind the frequency and magnitude of earthquakes is important to improve the seismic hazard assessment". said Zilio, lead author of the study published in the journal Earth and Planetary Science Letters.

There are seven large tectonic plates and several smaller ones in the Earth's lithosphere - its outermost layers. These plates move, sliding and colliding, and volcanoes to form, and earthquakes to happen.

The researchers developed 2D models that simulate the way the tectonic plates move and collide. The seismo-thermo mechanical(STM) modelling approach utilises long- time sacle processes to explain short time scale problems, replicating the result observed from the historical earthquake catalogues. it shows graphically the distribution of earthquakes by their movement in the orogeny -a formation of mountains..

NASA finds Tropical Depression Dahlia's center devoid of rainfall

GPM image of Dahlia

On Dec. 4 at 1441 UTC (9.41 a.m EST) The GPM core satellite analyzed Tropical Depression Dahila's ranfall and found the circulation center devoid of precipitation. light rainfall near 0.1 inches per hour was falling east of the center (light blue). Credit gives to NRL / NASA / JAXA.

Tropical Depression dahila was weakening into a remnant low pressure area when the global precipitation Measurement mission core satellite og GPM analyzed the storm's precipitation. GPM found the center devoid of rainfall and light rainfall to the east center.

The map shows that heavy rainfall during the past week resulted in an area of potential landslides on the slopes of southem java.

On Dec.1 at 10 a.m east (1500 UTC) Tropical cyclonr Dahila had maximum sustained winds near 50 knots (57 mph/92 kph). Dalia was located near 10.7 degrees south latitude and 110.6 degrees east longitude. its about 738 nautical miles north-northwest of learmonth, Australia. The joint Typhoon warning center (JTWC) predicts that tropical cyclone Dahila will initially intensify to tropical strom force as it moves over the indian ocean toward the northwest Australia.

On Dec. 3 at 4 p.m EST (2100 UTC) the joint typhoon warning center issued the final bulletin on Dahlia. at that time, Dahlia was still a tropical storm with maximum sustained winds near about 35 knots (40 mph). Dahlia was centered near 16.2 degrees south latitude and 111.9 degrees east longitude. that's about 402 nautical miles north-norhwest of learmonth Australia.

At the time of the last bulletin, infrared satellite imagery showed that the strongest stroms were beginning to decouple from the low level circulation center and moving off to the storm had become a depression then weakened further to a remnant low pressure area.

On Dec. 4 at 1441 UTC (9.41 a.m. EST), the GPM core satellite passed over Dahlia in the southern indian ocean. Data collected by GPM'S microwave imager (GMI) and dual-frequency precipitation Radar (DPR) instruments were used to show the intensity of precipitation.

The Australian Bureau of meteorology issued wind warning from 10.00 p.m. WST (local time, Western Australia) on Dec. 4, for the period unrill midnight WST Dec. 5, 2017. A Strong Wind Warning for the following areas....
1. perth local waters
2. Gascoyne Coast
3. Geraldton coast
4. Perth Coast
5. Geographe Coast

Dahlia was moving into cooler sea surface temperatures and an area of stronger wind shear, both factors that were expected to lead to its dissipation later on Dec.4.
